Settlement

This debt reduction is NOT like a typical debt settlement program.  It is much better and more beneficial to the consumer's credit and ability to pay off debt.  This unique debt reduction program is the only one of its kind and is offered ONLY through a consumer protection law firm in our network.  Using their debt reduction program, you may be able to negotiate your debts down to between 0% and 40% of your total debt.  Here are the pro's and con's:

Major Advantages:

1.  Under federal law, your delinquent credit accounts cannot be reported to the credit

bureaus during any dispute process even if you are in collections.

2.  You may get out of debt in less than one year.

3.  You may save thousands of dollars.

4.  Your monthly payments will drop to a payment amount that you choose and can

     afford to make.

5.  You will only have to make one payment per month to the law firm.

6.  The credit bureaus will be contacted and items will be disputed if any incorrect

information is found to be reported.

7.   A creditor may not take any legal action against you in an attempt to collect on a

     debt that is in dispute.

8.  You will receive excellent legal representation to ensure that all applicable federal

laws governing your creditors are being followed by your creditors and/or third party

     debt collection agencies.

9.  All those never ending debt collector calls will have to come to an abrupt end during

the dispute process.  If they do not stop while you are in the dispute process,

the collection agencies, creditors or both may be assessed court fines,

penalties and you may be awarded a court judgment that you can use to pay off

other debts in the program!  (This scenario is common since debt collection

agencies almost never follow the rules.)

An additional benefit you receive through this program is credit monitoring, identity theft insurance in the amount of $25,000 and monthly credit score reporting with an individual action plan that tells you how to raise your score month to month.

Disadvantages:

1.  You will have to take an active role in making sure that you get the best result.  This involves keeping a hand written log of every telephone call you get from a debt collector during the dispute process.  This maximizes the law firm's leverage in negotiating with your creditors.  You will also have to comply with any requests the law firm has for documentation.

2.  YOU MUST BE BEHIND IN YOUR PAYMENTS.  Your payments cannot be current.  This program was designed for debtors who are in collections or running behind without the ability to catch up.

As you can see, the advantages greatly outweigh the disadvantages.  If you are running behind in your payments or your accounts are already in collections, you are the perfect candidate for this program.  Click Here for a Free Quote.
