Debtmania.com is a matching service, not a non-profit debt consolidation company and does not provide any financial services directly. When you register with debtmania.com you automatically consent to registration in all the other online properties in the debtmania.com network (collectively, the "Network Sites"). Accordingly, debtmania.com may share registrant “INFORMATION” with the Network Sites.
By providing “INFORMATION” and other information to this Site, registrant fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of such information in, and the transfer of such information to Network Sites, the United States and other countries or territories, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
Use and Sharing of “INFORMATION”
Debtmania.com reserves the right to use registrant “INFORMATION”: (1) for the specific purpose for which such information was provided (including matching registrants with a debt consolidation company or companies). (2) as disclosed at the time such information is provided; and (3) as disclosed in this Policy. However, please note that debtmania.com may change this Policy at any time and therefore debtmania.com may in the future use registrant “INFORMATION” for additional purposes not currently included in this Policy.
Also, debtmania.com may share registrant “INFORMATION” with its partners, sponsors, advertisers, service providers and marketers’ lookup and reference services and any other entities that debtmania.com believes are able to provide registrants with special offers and opportunities. By registering at debtmania.com you may receive follow-up contacts/offers from third party companies. We cannot be responsible for the services or representations of third party advertisers.

Must Be 18 Years or Older
Debtmania.com or its Network is neither intended for, nor directed to, children under the age of 18. If debtmania.com learns that a person who registers on the Site is under the age of 18, debtmania.com will promptly delete that individual's registration.
Transfer In Certain Circumstances
